For whatever reason Firefox couldn't resolve your TinyURL link before,
it can now. I've noticed that activated links in Evolution email don't
always result in Firefox opening up for the first time. I've never
experienced this phenomenon in any other distro I have used.

I was not only able to resolve your original TinyURL link, but even my
so-called 'maligned' ones. Every one in the posts we have included in
our corresponding. Every one! I also had a disinterested party (*very*
disinterested in being asked to do this) to look closely at both links
you posted above. I won't repeat here the ancillary remarks that
preceded and followed, "I don't see any difference between the two." So,
my answer to your question is: I guess not!

"forum fairies"? If there are any, would you please tell them to stop
making your email client add twice as many lines to your quotes of my
previous posts?
Enough. We both have more important things to do. I wouldn't have even
wasted my time on this except that having been interacting on forums
since the 80's, I find such comments very parochial and unnecessary to
the well being of this list.
