Hai,
there's a distribution called Agnula/Demudi ( http://www.agnula.org )
which is now based on Ubuntu as far as I know (formerly on pure Debian
SID).
I'm not sure if the homepage is maintained at the moment, but there is a
link to the mailing list. Get there to request help for information or do
some google-search for "agnula". They use a low latency kernel.
