Mac CD Eject Key

If there is, I want one too!  It is the one thing on the mac that I
envy...  It *should* be possible in software;  the 'eject' command in
Nautilus opens the drawer after unmounting a disc, after all.  But then
after removing the disc you either have to shove the drawer to make it
close or get your fingers *under* it to find that little button.  Even
if the machine is on the desktop that is still the wrong place for the
button;  and as for finding it when the machine is on the floor...

I guess we are looking for a program that monitors for a hot key or key
combination.
