Unless Borland has changed their license since I last looked at the "Open"
version of Kylix, its isn't Open Source or Free, merely gratis (only the
CLX component is open source), and even though it hasn't been updated in 3
years, Borland still won't commit to supporting it in the future, leading
many to think its now dead (there have been several new versions of Delphi
since, so Kylix is now a very *old* version of Delphi).
