You need to be more specific.

Where are you downloading this ISO from?

Is it an Ubuntu ISO? If it is, then you've come to the right
place. If it's not, then you haven't.

What's its filename? Does the filename suggest what it does?

Does the URL from which you downloaded it give you any
description of what it does?
