jackd ubuntu oddities

Please notice that we do not install jackd with setuid root privileges
for security reasons. The whole realtime-lsm and jackd architecture is
just too insane for us to be able to support it. However, of course
you can enable it on your own:

  sudo dpkg-statoverride --update --add root audio 4754 /usr/bin/jackstart
