Actually, a full test can take days.  The later tests put a pattern in
memory and check it a half-hour later to see if it is corrupt.  The
more memory you have, the longer it takes.



It would be fun to have the badram patch in the ubuntu kernel so that
we can use a stick of bad ram without having to recompile the kernel.
