Depending on your country of residence, you can obtain the Win32codecs
files and the dvdcss and play DVD's and MP3's etc. from any Linux
distribution.

You add the Marillat repository to /etc/apt/sources.list and you have to
import the key.

sudo  gpg --keyserver wwwkeys.eu.pgp.net --recv-keys 1F41B907

Keep in mind the forces of evil would love to catch people using the
restricted software in countries who have adopted the restricted laws. 

That's why many of us have asked for the Linux distributions to offer to
resell Cybelink's PowerDVD for Linux.
