[Hoary] Some Xorg Dev Packages Are Missing

Hi Daniel

The files appear to be missing in the reops, and a manual browse backs
that up.

I managed to google for the file, and grabbed it for Hoary from a binary
 dump in Germany.

The problem's fixed, but it appears that the official repos are broken
somehow as the package list contains the file that isn't there any more.
