nfs slow to mount

Hi

My nfs is very slow to mount with Ubuntu to another Linux box, Mandriva 
in this case. It takes about 1 or 2 minutes to mount.

Here is a fstab entry:

10.0.0.1:/home/marek  /mnt/mandriva  nfs  suid,dev,exec,noauto  0  0

Any ideas ?
