Network Printer Setup

You haven't received any other responses so I'll give it a go.

- From the Menu:
System > Administration > Printing
Double click on 'New Printer'
Click on 'Network Printer'
Select either CUPS, Unix or HP JetDirect as appropriate
Enter the IP address
Enter the Queue (if Unix printer selected)
Click on 'Next'
Select Printer Manufacturer
Select Printer Model
Click on Apply

Try printing a test page.

The only tricky thing here is selecting CUPS, Unix or HP JetDirect.  I
have a JetDirect print server that matches the parallel port printer to
the ethernet.  Works great.  I believe that should work with any HP
printer that plugs directly into the lan, but I'm not absolutely sure.
You'll have to experiment a bit to see what works for you.

If you can't get it running, let us know what type of printer you have
and how it is connected.

If anyone sees that I have anything wrong here, please post a correction.
