This one pops up all over the Internet. It may have more than one cause,
so YMMV.



On the Receiving email page of the account configuration, you must
specify the proper OWA URL.  It is usually
https://yourexchange.yourdomain.com/exchange



It is important to append the /exchange to the end or else it will
fail.
