Hi Charles, hi Marek,
I've had the same problems some weeks ago. Obviously you're printing
with CUPS, aren't you?
In CUPS network printing is disabled by default. I read how to solve it
in a special issue of a german pc-magazine (chip-professionell - debian
issue, p. 61):
Solution:
------------
sudo gedit /etc/cups/cupsd.conf
# go to line (section security options/ location)
# enter below the line
Allow From 127.0.0.1
# another line (example)
Allow From 10.0.0.* #enter your individual network
Hope that helps
Hagen
