MD5Sum mismatch installing libstdc++6

Hi,

I was trying to install libstdc++6 because is a pre requisite to install:

tora_1.3.16-2_i386.deb and tora-oracle_1.3.16-2_i386.deb to access my
Oracle servers and I'm receiving this error:

W: Failed to fetch
http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/g/gcc-4.0/libstdc++6_4.0-0pre6ubuntu7_i386.deb
  MD5Sum mismatch

is this a bug or what???
