Hmmm. Thanks, but I've just installed Pybibliographer and it doesn't do
what I need it to do, and I just don't have the time or knowledge to
make it different. I need something that, in addition to being your
basic database that formats outputs into different bibliographic
a) fetches bibliographic information from on-line catelogs (preferably
just a library's cat.: Library of Congress, U of Toronto, and Yale
would be enough for me, since I work in the humanities);
b) interacts with OpenOffice: ideally one-click insertion of a
reference into a doc and automatical formatting and compiling of a list
of references from there.
That is, I want something that just clones EndNote, but without the
hand-in-glove relationship to Microsoft products.
I don't see that Pybibliographer does this, although I can see its uses
for people working in the sciences.
