icons without text

I've been looking for this in the Configuration Editor, but I can't find 
it...:

In my quest for having the nicest desktop possible, I want to have icons 
that don't display the name of the file. For example: just a Gaim icon, 
not a gaim icon and the text 'gaim' under that.
