problems with evolution and gnupg (hoary)

hi list,
i'm experiencing some strange behaviour in a newly installed
hoary-system with gnupg and evolution.

after the re-install, i installed gpa and imported my old sec_key.asc
and then made all the necessary steps in evoltion.
but when i try to encrypt a mail i get the mesage:
	"failed to execute gpg (broken pipe)"
and thats it. 
signing works though!??


has someone a hint?
