OK. I found an existing howto I used in the past. It's at this URL:

And, free implementations of SSH for Windows exist at:

which is referenced in the howto.

This would be the fastest avenue rather than waiting for my howto which
is actually part of an update of an existing O'Reilly book to be
published this fall.
