I don't know an elegant and correct way.  Sorry.

There are two very ugly ways:
     1. Put the address(es) in “~/.gtk-bookmarks”.  I don't know how to
        pass the Username and Password automatically, but try this, it
        might work: “ftp://username:password@ftp.server.domain”.
     2. Prevent Nautilus from displaying *all* Volume devices on the
        Desktop (that's *ALL* in case you missed it!).  Here's the way:
        “gconftool-2 -s -t boolean /apps/nautilus/desktop/volumes_visible false”
        to revert back to the normal Nautilus behavior:
        “gconftool-2 -s -t boolean /apps/nautilus/desktop/volumes_visible true”.
