NVU (tar.gz-installation)

You can also create a launcher pointing to the nvu
script in the NVU folder. 

Right click on the desktop and start Create Launcher,
fill out the dialog: it places an icon on the desktop,
then you can launch nvu by double-clicking on the
icon.
