firestarter

Firestarter is blocking communication with my cable modem via browsers.

I've tried setting the inbound traffic policy to allow connections from
its IP address, but this doesn't work.

Only switching off Firestarter altogether allows me to see the CM info
in a browser.

What do I need to do to connect to the CM?  All other internet function
appear to be normal, including connecting to the router.
