sound card

I just finished setting up the soundcard on my Armada 7400 (it uses the
same soundcard).



Using the info from a downloadable manual at the HP site for the Armada
and Linux, I used a different driver and things are fine.



Just:



modprobe snd-es1688

/etc/init.d/alsa restart



now, just type in:



alsamixer



if you get a graphic EQ on the screen, you're good. Restart and play
away.
