Yes, I discovered that feature after sending my reply.  I don't know of any, 
and I'm not sure what you're actually trying to do, but you might want to 
check out some alternatives like mind-mapping software, KDE's "basket" 
program, or how well your PIM software supports linking different things like 
notes, emails, tasks, etc.
