Disabling Exchange module in Evolution

I wanted to do the same.

There is a plugins configuration dialog at Edit->Plugins... in Evolution
2.4 and somewhere like Tools->Plugins... in Evolution 2.2, but disabling
the plugin there doesn't seem to remove it from the menus.

The best workaround I found was to change the tool switcher's style to
icons only under View->Appearance in Evolution 2.4, which will probably
make them all fit on one line.
