Maybe it's not well documented; but the reply-to on these ubuntu lists
are re-written by the list server based on whether or not the sender's
email is subscribed.
Mine for example, just like yours, will be stripped from the reply-to
and replaced with just the list address.
Unfortunately not all lists work this way (there's always a heated
debate as to whether or not it's an accepted practice...)
