Persuading Ubuntu to use 1024x768 at 100Hz

It works!!! Thank you all :). I learned something today about X.

1. googled Syncmaster 795MB and found my correct HorizSync/VertRefresh values
2. gtf 1024 768 100 - I heard about that but didn't know where to
write it in the new xorg.conf, so thanks for the great tip
