wireless card recommendation

I am currently using the D-Link DWL-650g+, it works but not as I expected 
when using WPA. Using WEP it works like a charm. When using WPA however the 
signal strength is very low, and I have to broadcast SSID on my accesspoint 
for the card to associate with the ap.
