Invalid Memory Access

Hi,
I have had to rebuild my system 3 times over the last 2 weeks. I keep
seeing: Invalid memory access at % SRRO: 01403d3c %srr1: 00083030.
I also see invalid ROM signature at bootup. The number displayed is
be0xaa55. Can someone tell me if this is causing system failures after
about 3 days of use? When it reboots, and fails, I get a row of >ok
all the way down the left side of the screen on a white background.
Thnx
