trouble in fetching package index files

Hi,

I am having trouble in fetching hoary/universe/source/Sources.gz from
http://cn.archive.ubuntu.com/. I get connection resets when wget the
file, and gzip: stdin: not in gzip format when doing "apt-get update".
I don't have a problem in getting other index files though.
