ubuntu vs kubuntu

i prefer Ubuntu over Kubuntu because for 3 resons 
1 the administration utilities like adding a user in Kubuntu you see all
these Damon users but and finding human users is like finding a needle
in a haystack but in ubuntu you see only the human users

2 faster faster faster

3 Firefox looks so much better in Ubuntu than Kubuntu because Firefox is
a gtk app. wich means its not built with proprietary technology like
KDE. is is the qt license OSI certified?
