OT: need DICT info

I seem to not be able to find where to submit fixes for the dict
definitions found in The Collaborative International Dictionary of
English v.0.48 [gcide]
I know it was once possible to submit through a web page but have lost
the URL.
Do any of you Ubuntuists know of it?
