The Breezy Badger Mascot

Earlier I commented on this artwork:
http://ubuntu.tux.com.au/gallery/ and thought it was thoroughly
brilliant.

What I'd like to know though, is this going to be 'official' for the
Breezy release or is this just a lone brilliant cartoon / design artist
at work? :)

It reminds me a bit of the (in)famous 'Crazy Frog'.. As in being
oblivious to its own smug-ness in a cute kind of way..
