There is also the built-in CPU monitor in GKrellM which offers:
Chart Labels
Substitution variables for the format string for chart labels:
	$L the CPU label
$T total CPU time percent usage
	$s sys time percent usage
	$u user time percent usage
	$n nice time percent usage

Substitution variables may be used in alert commands.

It will also display CPU temp.

Q: What's the difference between MicroSoft Windows and a virus?
A: Apart from the fact that viruses are supported by their authors,
use optimized, small code and usually perform well, none.
