how to start firestarter automatically at boot

 Hello Ubuntu users,
I use Ubuntu 5.04 and have a question about
firestarter. Does anybody know how to start it at
booth automatically.  when I tried to use
system->preferences->session 
it gave an error saying that I don't have root
privileges.
