nfs help

 hello all,
   i am trying for nfsroot on diskless client machine.
  i have kept kernel image and made a seperate root
point on the server (/nfsroot). i have also installed
dhcp and tftp. the grub on client side has been
installed with dhcp support.

  however while booting up the client, it is unable to
find the kernel image.
  on usage of ethereal it was found that tftp server
doesn't find port on the client .
  error that i received is Port unrecognized (ICMP
packet).
 what needs to be done ?
  plz help me.
