Yes, there are still survivalists, tribes who only dispute land between 
themselves, etc.  The Amazon (though it's dwindling fast there), probably 
parts of Africa, Papua New Guinea, etc.  There is also the possibility of 
buying land outright so you freehold it, and some other options too.
