Fwd: Not Happy with ShipIt

Dear Al,
I can empathize with your situation.

I think I waited 3 or 4 months for the package to arrive to my doorstep in 
Japan. And a month after that, i get an email from Ubuntu-Shipit asking if 
I've received it.

I thought the waiting was in vain. Was I happy when it finally came!
