It looks like your device is supported by the atmel driver. I've put
instructions on compiling this driver here:

http://sbb.uvm.edu/~sfeehan/dads-computer/Atmel/INSTRUCTIONS

Note that this is not the /right/ way to compile the driver. The
right way is to use the atmel source package and module-assistant.
I plan to do this some day and write instructions... just haven't
done it yet. When I do the instructions will be at the same URL.
