You're talking about two completely different development platforms. I'd
suggest it can't be done.



Just install the necessary kde base files to run your favourite kde
apps and enjoy them as they are.



As for gnomeifying kde apps, I find that choosing a theme and icons
that look gnomish helps if you want them to look more at home on a
gnome desktop.



Edit: For aAkregator itself you can set the proxy in kcontrol and
change the browser settings in Settings-->Configure Akregator-->Browser
and enter the necessray command in the 'Use this command' field
