.bash_profile

[bike_oz]

Hi folks,
on one of my machines .bash_profile, does not seem to run on startup. I
have an updated path statement
    PATH=~/bin:"${PATH}"
That should be run on login, but doesn't. This runs on one of my systems
but not the other. Where do I check to get this going?
