ipw2200 + Laptop + Hoary = Mess?

The "firmware error" when transferring large amounts of data is a known
bug in 1.0.4. The only fix is using 1.0.3 with a patch or >=1.0.5. I've
had the exact same problem when transferring a couple hundred MBs from a
Windows network. Using 1.0.3 with a patch fixed it.

At the moment I'm trying to get 1.0.6 running. If anybody had any
success, please reply... both the ieee80211 system and the driver
compile fine, and the ieee module works, but when modprobing the
driver, it somehow can't work together with the ieee module... :(
