Repository Problems

Anyone else having problems with the http://us.archive.ubuntu.com
<http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/>  repository?  I am trying to install
mplayer-386 among others and keep getting MD5sum mismatch errors.  Some
specific packages that give this error are libgii0_0.8.5-2_i386.deb and
libggi2_2.0.5-1ubuntu1_i386.deb.
