(breezy) Pb with gnome session

if have some similar problem, when trying to use the "GNOME" item in GDM

a dialogbox showing "ihre" (german for "your") gets drawn, and ofter
clicking "ok" the gnome-terminal gets started without any
window-management used. from there on i'm able to start gnome by typing
"gnome-sessions"

i solved this by disabling gdm and starting my gnome session by typing
startx /usr/bin/gnome-session

however i'm hoping this gets fixed by the developers or by someone else
able to help
