I had an idea (Ubuntu + Puppy Linux)

hey everybody,
I've had this idea in my head for a while. I was looking around the Puppy
Linux website (http://www.goosee.com/puppy/), and it seems to run
differently than most other distros. Like knoppix, it defaults to run as a
live cd BUT instead of running off of the CD it loads the full distro into
memory yeilding a warp speed distro.
I know it would be a deviation from the Debian base of Ubuntu, but I thought
it would be pretty cool if some one started a fork/merger that brought some
of these strengths together. I really like my Ubuntu, but I'm also getting
very interested in Puppy Linux.
 God bless all y'all,
fisher
