Yes. Create a small script that start when you first boot the system.
(If you don't know where to start, ask again here. Read below why I
didn't gave more information.)
But, may I ask you why the need to use "soundfont"? Why not use
"timidity"ยน which is easier to configure and use?

Footnotes
1. "timidity" is a *software* MIDI sequencer. This is a Good Thing
(in that it doesn't require any hardware support) and a Bad
Thing (in that you'll lose the hardware acceleration in your
sound device if it had a MIDI capability).
