Open gedit and type in:

#!/bin/sh
wipe /home/`whoami`/.Trash/*.* -f

Save the file as /home/`whoami`/Desktop/wipe-trash-script. Right click
on it -> Properties -> Permissons:

Owner:  * Read * Write * Execute
Group:  - Read - Write - Execute
Others: - Read - Write - Execute
