[Breezy] new "Services" capplet

Just noticed that there yet another system tool in
System->Administration. After the GRUB GUI and Diks Manager, there is
now a "Services" capplet. Looks nice, but I am a bit confused as to what
it's meant for. I mean, it lists only 8 services, when "BUM" shows 20.

Do everybody also have this problem ? Or if it's normal, please shed
some light, Vince is in the dark ;-)
