GRUB Reinstall (Separate issue from recent issue with same subject)

I tried what they said to do on the site.
However, it didn't work.
I will try to type up tho output as best I can.

---START---
GNU GRUB version 0.95 (640K lower / 260572K upper memory)

[ Minimal BASH-like line editing is supported. For the first word, TAB
lists possible command completions. Anywhere else TAB lists the
possible
   completions of a device/filename. ]

grub> find /boot/grub/stage1
  (hd1,4)

grub> root (hd1,4)
Filesystem type is ext2fs, partition type 0x83

grub> setup (hd0)
  Checking if "/boot/grub/stage1" exists... yes
  Checking if "/boot/grub/stage2" exists... no

Error 15: File not found

grub>
---END---

Anyway, what I think is happening is that for some reason stage2 is
missing.
When I boot normally, I still get the following (after holding down
F12 to avoid booting to CD):

---START---
Boot Device Menu
=================

    1. Normal
    2. Diskette Drive
    3. Hard-Disk Drive C:
    4. IDE CD-ROM Device

Enter a choice: 3

GRUB Loading stage1.5

GRUB loading, please wait...
Error 15
---END---

Any ideas on what I should do?

~Matt
