VMWare on Ubuntu sound issues

thanks dude.

all i needed was properly configure esddsp and it will work. also i dig
up the net and found a nice fix for this at... but rather too late. am
posting this for other guys who had problems with vmware sound.  I
encountered this problem in both IBM R40 and HP d240 desktop
