That's pretty harsh.  I don't know anyone at Apple, but I've talked 
with a few of them on the phone.  The guys and gals I talked to were 
really nice.

Agreed.

That's also pretty harsh.  OS X certainly has problems, but it does 
some things right, and for anyone interested in GUI design it's worth 
studying.
